the staff proved friendly. the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
My room had a small window, it lacked a view. the hotel wasn't full, so i found this disappointing. wifi was also unavailable due to a technical issue. A room change was offered, but i had already unpacked.

I found the staff responsive. the restaurant staff was good with reasonable prices. the rooms were spacious and clean. amenities were great. The location near avenida da liberdade was perfect for an easy run.
the wifi was disconnecting every few minutes, a minor annoyance.

Fantastic Stay with Great Staff

The staff were very cute and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a lovely selection and the cute staff ensured a pleasant start to each day. Excellent amenities and an amazing bedroom really contributed to a great trip (I almost didn't want to leave!).
The hotel was slightly far from the metro, requiring a bit of a walk, and reaching the bus stops also took some time.

The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable price, with a very good assortment of options. Everything I wanted to eat and more was available each morning. The fresh omelettes made to order were a highlight (especially with all the toppings!).

The room was a good size and super clean. The bathroom was beautiful and included excellent toiletries for use. The bed was enormous, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable (making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing).

The staff really made this hotel stand out, from the breakfast team to the reception staff. Two members of staff welcomed me, helped with storing luggage, and were friendly. They were great too assist with a shopping confusion (I really appreciated their help!).

the staff at breakfast were friendly and cute each day. the breakfast food was of acceptable quality.
the room i was assigned lacked sufficient storage. the single wardrobe contained only ten hangers and no drawers existed. shelves were oddly spaced rendering them impractical.
